01 General Terms & Conditions

03 Age Verification & Eligibility

Zoya 9x is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to use the platform under any circumstances. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

We may request government-issued identification (National ID, passport, or birth certificate) for age verification at any time. Account activity may be restricted until verification is complete.

04 Betting Rules & Policies

Certain rules must be followed when placing bets on the Zoya 9x platform. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error has occurred.

General Betting Rules

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set individually for each event.

• Any account found to be involved in match-fixing or fraudulent activity will be closed immediately.
• Placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event is strictly prohibited.

Zoya 9x determines fair odds for each event through its analysis team. In the event of any dispute over a result, the decision of Zoya 9x shall be final.

05 Payment & Transaction Policy

Zoya 9x supports Bangladeshi payment methods. Specific limits and procedures apply to deposits and withdrawals, which users must follow.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is subject to the limits set on the platform.
• Deposits must be made exclusively from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules

• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Delays may occur in exceptional circumstances.
• Zoya 9x reserves the right to hold withdrawals if money laundering is suspected.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. However, balances may be forfeited in cases of fraud or rule violations.
